Mint Chutney


   
  Ingredients

  Mint leaves 1 cup 
  Coriander leaves 1/2 cup 
  Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  Salt to taste
  Tamarind juice 2 tsp 

  Green chillies 2


Procedure
  • Grind all ingredients in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
  • Can be preserved in the refrigerator for upto 2-3 weeks.
